NSM Jukebox Repairs specialises in servicing, repairing and refurbishing NSM vinyl & CD jukeboxes. We are fully approved by NSM Music Limited (U.K.) as an appointed service centre for NSM vinyl and CD jukeboxes. More recently, we opened a showroom to display fully refurbished jukeboxes that are available for sale. We are a family-run business based in Goole, East Yorkshire, and our mission is simple: to provide high-quality services for NSM Jukebox owners around the world.

Colin Terry had been repairing and refurbishing NSM Jukeboxes for over 20 years as a hobby and has over 48 years’ experience in the electronics repair industry. In July 2019 he decided to turn his passion for NSM jukeboxes into a full-time career and started NSM Jukebox Repairs Ltd.

Not wanting to over commit, Colin took on a small 500 square foot unit but soon realised that he would need more space so expanded into the unit next door in October 2019. At this point Trevor, Colin’s son, joined the business specialising in refurbishing vinyl carriages and is now probably the most knowledgeable person in the world when it comes to stripping and rebuilding NSM carriages having rebuilt literally hundreds of them. We now have four units and 2000 square feet and a service team of four.

To the best of our knowledge, we are the only jukebox repair company dedicated to repairing NSM vinyl and CD jukeboxes. As we do not repair other makes of jukebox, we have vast experience across the full model range that uses E, ES, ESII, ESIII, ESIV, ESV, ES5.1 and ESVI technologies.

We have dedicated workshop facilities for repairing vinyl and CD complete with rigs, specialised soldering and test equipment to ensure that repairs are carried out to the highest standards possible. All repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty. In addition to our repair centre, we have a dedicated refurbishment centre where we provide full refurbishment services restoring these beautiful machines to their former glory.​ To support our reputation we have over 200 5* reviews here on our site, plus many more on our Facebook page, so you can rest assured that your jukebox is in safe hands!

We usually have over 100 jukeboxes in stock and before being sold will be completely stripped down and refurbished cosmetically and electromechanically. All of our refurbished jukeboxes carry a 6-month warranty for your peace of mind.
